We are passionate about nurturing new and emerging leaders and have put together a programme to help explore how they can be at their best in their current role and also progress their career.
Wednesday 8 November, 9:30 – 16:00
This online workshop covers all the questions you might have: what roles do I need in my structure, how do I make it work with not enough budget, how do I deal with all the issues around change, how do I implement a new structure? You’ll come away with a strong understanding of how to think about structures, what needs to be considered when reviewing them, and how to plan and put in place the changes your organisation needs.
Thursday 23 November, 9:30 – 16:00
This workshop will look at the CEO/chair relationship from both perspectives. Chairs and chief executives are both welcome; we recommend you come as a pair. It’s a good opportunity to take stock of and review how you work together.
Wednesday 6 December, 9:30 – 16:00
Using the concepts in her book The Scavenger Mindset, Clare Richmond will demonstrate how leaders can achieve far more with less by learning new skills to navigate uncertainty successfully.
Drawing on experience, storytelling and interactive exercises, Clare will guide participants in how to make better use of resources and help them rethink their role and the opportunities inherent in more complex times.

ACEVO has partnered with Gary Buxton to deliver six months of action learning with your CEO peers. Action learning sets provide a space for charity CEOs to gather together every month over six months to explore the issues they are currently navigating.
